Fair, thorough and great communication
I had to make a claim for a theft, and after submitting my claim, was asked to provide further information and evidence. The request was reasonable - and I was happy to gather further documentation in order to assist the assessor. Great communication all through the process with clear indications of depreciation. Once again, TID has saved my butt while traveling the world!
