Classic Tuscany Tour - Fantastic

The travel department had every thing arranged with no delays so well organised. The tour guide was excellent so informative and extremely nice Claudia . The only problem was sitting at the same table every night you did not get to know all the other guests as there was 50

Lake Como - Great holiday
Our second holiday with Travel Department as we knew from previous experience, that from the moment of booking you can relax and know everything is taken care of. A leisurely 7 night holiday with 3 leisure days. The included tours were excellent and our guide Carol looked after us very well. Hotel Bazzoni was comfortable and we enjoyed the half board meals. We had a balcony facing the lake and enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Would recommend Travel Department for a holiday to Lake Como.

Great Experience
Having everything planned from the time you arrive until the time your going back home. Knowing you can rely on the guides to help if needed. The hotels are really good and very comfortable. Overall travel department are very reliable and efficient in everything they do.

Thank you Travel Department
My first ever solo trip and everything was planned for me, all I had to do was book it and turn up. It was better than I could ever have imagined. Excellent value for money, hotel, flights, transfers, day trips, breakfast and dinner included, couldn’t ask for more. There was 52 people on the trip and every one of them were fabulous. Great company and great fun. It was the best holiday I was ever on and I can’t wait to book another one. Thank you Travel Department.

Interesting and relaxing journey to Southern Spain.
Excellent hotel near to the beach and convenient to local shops, restaurants and cafes. Our tour guide looked after us very well and the bus driver was courteous and helpful. The trips were interesting and the guides were very knowledgeable. The only issue was with EasyJet as they did not have enough check-in staff at Faro airport which resulted in an hour long wait in a queue.

Highlights of Vietnam and Cambodia
What a great experience. Our guide Jimmy Chung was brilliant, patient and kind. He is a top class person that cares about his tour group and the travel department are privileged to have him. We were well looked after by Jimmy, nothing was too much trouble or impossible to organise. Food was fantastic and special requests catered for without issue. All the accommodation from north to south Vietnam were excellent and the organised tours gave a good insight to the history and culture of the Vietnamese people. We also enjoyed our Cambodia experience, it is well worth it to relax in beautiful surroundings after a hectic two weeks. Would highly recommend this tour. Dara and Suzanne Co. Meath

The hotel and location was 5star. 2 of the trips were focused on food markets which was of no interest given that we were not going to cook and flight weight restrictions deterred us buying goods. We were allocated 90 minute stops which is very little time to view the shops and get lunch. Service is slow in Portugal which is fine if one has vontrol of their time. We had long waits on all occasions to get our lunch and waited 40 minutes to get our food on one occasion and had 5 minutes to gulp it down, and then waited for to pay for it, creating a delay getting back to the bus. However I love the travel department holidays and will plan others in the future.
