The hotel and location was 5star. 2 of the trips were focused on food markets which was of no interest given that we were not going to cook and flight weight restrictions deterred us buying goods. We were allocated 90 minute stops which is very little time to view the shops and get lunch. Service is slow in Portugal which is fine if one has vontrol of their time. We had long waits on all occasions to get our lunch and waited 40 minutes to get our food on one occasion and had 5 minutes to gulp it down, and then waited for to pay for it, creating a delay getting back to the bus. However I love the travel department holidays and will plan others in the future.
