Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable holiday to Corfu, and I can honestly say it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. From the moment we started planning, everything was seamless – all thanks to the incredible team at Travel Counsellors, especially our trusted agents Gill Gallagher and Angela Parker. This was our third booking with Gill and Angela, and once again, they absolutely nailed it. Their attention to detail, personal service, and expert knowledge made the whole experience stress-free and perfectly tailored to us. They really understand what we’re looking for in a holiday, and they always go the extra mile. Corfu itself was a dream – glorious sunshine every day, warm evenings, and just the right balance of relaxation and adventure. We stayed in a stunning resort, Dreams Hotel, in one of the island’s most beautiful areas, surrounded by breathtaking views. And the food – wow. Every meal was a delight! From fresh seafood by the beach to traditional Greek tavernas, we were spoiled for choice. All recommended by Gill and Angela! If you’re thinking of booking a luxury holiday, we can’t recommend Travel Counsellors – and especially Gill and Angela – highly enough. This is our third trip with them, and definitely not our last. We’re already dreaming about the next one! Previously booked Kos and Disneyland Paris and they also exceeded expectations and incredible planning.
Sally, my counsellor once again worked hard to find me a well balanced holiday. By giving Sally an idea of what I wanted to achieve from my bucket list holiday she was able to research and come up with a suitable plan for me covering all the cities and sights I had requested to see. We have used TC`s for a number of years and will continue to do so - "our" counsellor (Rebecca) is great - nothing is too much trouble and we always feel in very safe hands! We have recently been on an amazing 2-week trip to Canada including Calgary, driving and hiking in the Canadian Rockies, and a 3 day sleeper train to Toronto. All expertly organised by travel counsellor Alex Maxwell-Clarke. I enjoy researching destinations and knew what I wanted, but speaking with Alex, she offered some great tips and advice that I wouldn't have found out otherwise, and which thoroughly enhanced our travel experience. When our flight to Calgary was cancelled a few days before our trip, she was on it straight away and managed to rebook us on a much better option than what the airline had auto-rebooked us on. I am very thankful for this and it's just one of the benefits of booking with a personal travel counsellor. During the trip Alex checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was as expected, and even organised a small surprise for us when we got to our last hotel.
