Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

Jacob was amazing at sorting out our holiday to the Dominican Republic. We are a group of 5 ranging from 1 to 50 years old with the group consisting of a couple and single travellers so all requiring different wants and needs of the resort! He was patient and understanding and found us our holiday of a lifetime!

I booked a last minute city break to Cologne, Germany through Jasmine Faulkner and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way! From finding the best flights, seats, transfers, and hotel room to adding extra special touches to make our honeymoon trip so memorable. She went out of her way to hand deliver our boarding passes to me in the late evening (only time i was available) to make sure I was set, and reassured me that I could contact her if I had any trouble (which I didn’t). I cannot recommend Jasmine at Travel Counsellors enough! Thank you Jasmine!

Just returned from our third holiday this year, organised by our brilliant Travel Counsellor Caroline Hoblyn. This one was to Ikos Oceania in Greece, previously she arranged fabulous breaks for us in Tenerife (in Feb) and Copenhagen in March. She is brilliant, everything was, as always, seamless and we could leave our worries and brains at check in knowing our trip would be like clockwork. Very highly recommended,

I would highly recommend Gemma Cochrane as a Travel Consultant. She is diligent, informative and possesses strong communication skills. From the outset, Gemma went above and beyond to meet our specific requirements. Furthermore, it was apparent that Gemma has a passion for travel as she has a deep knowledge of different places around the world. She was also able to provide us with current and accurate travel advice. This was the first time we have used the services of a Travel Consultant as we usually book holidays independently. However, beyond a shadow of a doubt I most definitely will be consulting Gemma again when we book future holidays.
Just returned from 14 days in Sorrento. Our travel counsellor Amanda arranged everything from the hotel at the airport the night before, parking,hotel,flights, transfers and everything went exceptionally smoothly. She thinks of everything. Sending out all booking details well in advance and being available at all times even for the most basic questions. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. We particularly appreciated the pre flight booking in she arranged and being able to drop of our bags the night before with the twilight check in option. Our hotel was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. We had an amazing and very relaxing time. Our only complaint is that we had to come home lol. Alex and Billy
