Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe, booked through Karen Thornton. Nothing was too much trouble when organising and every detail of the trip was planned to perfection and ran so smoothly whilst we were away. Karen has been amazing… again, I always book through her and love the reassurance that she is at the end of the phone should we encounter any issues whilst we’re out of the country. Would highly recommend her and already looking forward to our next holiday!
Daragh arranged a wonderful week’s break for us which exceeded our expectations. Two nights in Seville in a wonderful boutique hotel along with a booked tour and a flamenco show. Then onto a relaxing hotel in conil. Everything went so smoothly with transfers, both hotels were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Daragh who kept in contact before, during and after our holiday.

I have known Sue Bailey for over 25 years. She has always been there, whatever the challenge and has never let me down. The EMA/Limoges flights which Sue booked for me were to enable me to attend a family funeral, at short notice. Sue could not have been more helpful and sympathetic.
Julie Johnston was our amazing Travel Counsellor, and could not have been more efficient, pleasant or helpful! She secured us a fantastic price on a Virgin Voyages Cruise and was on hand to advise on all the trips, dining and activities. She arranged all the flights, and also booked us an additional two nights in a lovely hotel in Barcelona before we got on the ship. She made sure we had a full itinerary of what was going to be happening throughout the trip, with no question going unanswered, however trivial. We could really tell that she has a huge passion for her business, and is fully committed to her customers having the very best experiences possible. She gives a far more personal experience than you would ever get through a large chain travel agency. We would recommend Julie to anyone as she really goes the extra mile, and you will undoubtedly save - both money and stress! The cruise was fantastic, Julie recommended it as she knew we would love it. We will certainly book with Julie again.
Great advice from Lynne re travelling to our destination, efficiently handled and everything went like clockwork. All flights and trains were running on time and our walking holiday was all we had hoped for and more.
Generally the standard of all of the hotels booked was good. The location of the Natures Inn, 2.5 hrs from the Yosemite valley meant a very early start. Would have been better to have lodged in the actual valley. The Blue Dolphin Hotel, Cambria, is in a great location and very well serviced. They would be better to not offer breakfast as it was awful. Disappointed that the boat trip on Lake Tahoe didn't happen due to poor communication. Would have liked to have seen more pro-active comms for all of the booked trips. Not getting confirmation, until chased, did cause some anxiety and waste of time. Not having to worry about checking in for our flights was very welcome.
