Great personal service from Alex Maxwell-Clarke
We have recently been on an amazing 2-week trip to Canada including Calgary, driving and hiking in the Canadian Rockies, and a 3 day sleeper train to Toronto. All expertly organised by travel counsellor Alex Maxwell-Clarke. I enjoy researching destinations and knew what I wanted, but speaking with Alex, she offered some great tips and advice that I wouldn't have found out otherwise, and which thoroughly enhanced our travel experience. When our flight to Calgary was cancelled a few days before our trip, she was on it straight away and managed to rebook us on a much better option than what the airline had auto-rebooked us on. I am very thankful for this and it's just one of the benefits of booking with a personal travel counsellor. During the trip Alex checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was as expected, and even organised a small surprise for us when we got to our last hotel.
