Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

Alex was brilliant! Understood the kind of holiday we wanted and sent some great options quickly. He was very responsive to messages and dealt with any queries really quickly. The holiday we ended up booking in Elounda, Crete was perfect and we had the best week! The hotel and resort had everything you could want for a family break. He knew the area well and could also give extra recommendations to enhance the holiday. We don’t normally book holidays through travel agents but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Alex again for our next holiday.

We have used Travel Counsellors for many years - mainly for ski holidays but this year we also used them to plan a trip to Bali. The experience from putting in a request to getting a fantastic itinerary was 5* and the best part of all was the holiday. Everything was meticulously planned from flights, hotels to taxi transfers. What Kirsty, our Travel counsellor planned was well thought through, and the right balance of travel, sightseeing, relaxation whilst considering the needs of teenagers. Kirsty also ensured we had special treats and a few upgrades too! There is no way that we could have organised what Kirsty organised. Her knowledge created an amazing holiday for us. One of our best holidays ever.

Daniel Parmentier was great during the whole process of choosing the correct option for my first cruise. He was excellent in responding to and resolving any issues that arose. Overall I had a great first time cruise on Virgin Greek Odessey aboard the Resilient Lady. I have already booked my next cruise through Daniel Parmentier and My Travel Counsellor for next year.

We had such an amazing experience all organised by Amanda. We were a family of 5 with older children/ teenagers, visiting Thailand for the first time. Amanda was great & very patient with us when organising our itinerary & choosing hotels. We would never have found all the amazing hotels & experiences had Amanda not organised this trip for us. Everything went very smoothly including all the transfers from airports & hotels. This really made for a stress free & enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be using her again for future holidays!! She was always at the end of the phone before & during our holiday if we had any queries & was reminding me to check in for flights, travel visa etc which I really appreciated as we were having such a fantastic time things like that slipped my mind!! For anyone wanting a trip of a lifetime or holidays closer to home use travel counsellors, I wish I had known about them sooner!
