Placed an order 5 minutes ago and contacted Tool Station to cancel my order as I forgot to add something to my purchase. They replied with: I am sorry it is not possible to cancel this order now. While I can see the order was only placed a few minutes ago, our system moves them through very quickly to enable next day delivery. I'm afraid the order has gone past the point where any changes can be made, it also cannot be cancelled now.. This is unacceptable and lazy practice. Will not buy anything from this website again as they can't even make a slight change to my order.

Walked in store asked a question regarding multi-tool blades. The person in the shop got the item and answered the question. Walked out of the store within 2 minutes. Perfect no fuss or waiting. Great friendly service.

Poor communication
I went into the shop and was told that 1 of my items was out of stock, so they would order it in and email me when ready for collection, which they never did, I ended up going back to find it had been sitting in the shop for 4 days. Thanks Toolstation
