Placed an order 5 minutes ago and…
Placed an order 5 minutes ago and contacted Tool Station to cancel my order as I forgot to add something to my purchase. They replied with: I am sorry it is not possible to cancel this order now. While I can see the order was only placed a few minutes ago, our system moves them through very quickly to enable next day delivery. I'm afraid the order has gone past the point where any changes can be made, it also cannot be cancelled now.. This is unacceptable and lazy practice. Will not buy anything from this website again as they can't even make a slight change to my order.
