Keo was absolutely lovely, very helpful in providing information and making sure if I'm struggling there is always help. Very positive and kind individual, keep up the work your doing. Absolutely above and beyond customer service. Can tell is very passionate about his job and emotionally intelligent, although my Irish accent can be difficult for most to understand he understood it very well and too the time. Have a lovely day, hope this individual is moving up the ladder because he deserves it.
