Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’
Very efficient lady I had on the phone , knew what she was doing and was good at what she did . All your staff needs to be like her . I can’t remember her name but she was lovely and helpful. Thank you

The agent on the phone was a lovely lady called she could not be any more respectful and nicer if she tried she really made me feel at ease while I was dealing with my pain in the ass partners debts as she is do scared to talk to people on the phone

Sorry Kat, nothing wrong with your service but your company has let you down. Totally hounding with calls emails and text messages when it is your own systems at fault not allowing me to pay. The way the company writes to you is disgusting with threatening and bullying behaviours.
