Shocking company,constant phone calls and letters,no payment missed and I'm still getting letters threatening ccj action,they phoned me on the 7th may asking to pay an outstanding balance,I explained I make a payment each month to them and still a letter turns up dated the 7th may threatening ccj action,one word for these bullys
