TM Legal accepted they made a mistake
Update: TM Legal responded quickly to our complaint and explained that an error resulted in the issue of the letters. We accept their explanation and now consider the matter closed. My elderly mother received 14 letters from TM Legal on the same day, sent to her address but without her name. She has no debts. I phoned them to complain and was advised the address will be removed from their list. Pointed out we are in Scotland where we don't have CCJs.
