Took forever to get through. Then when explaining my situation Was told this is the minimum payment and when I said that could potentially be a struggle was told ‘ well maybe you could manage your finances better ‘ Overall shocking customer service. Would be happy to never be in contact with them again

Friendly and understanding.

I spoke with Connor who was very understanding of my situation. He explained my options clearly and was helpful and professional, and got me set up with a plan, I got the feeling he really cared and didn't just see me as another case to get through... truly a credit to the company.
