The lady I spoke with Ranell was so understanding,compassionate and really was there to help with this matter. I was so worried about calling but I couldn't have had a more lovely lady on the other line.

Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

This so called company lies and harrases people with mental health issues. Everyone one of their staff has a South African accentand I've spoken to quiet a few and yet they claim to be calling from Blackpool, so unless there is a large population of South Africans who decided to emigrate to the UK to work in a Blackpool call centre preying on the poor and desperate then someone is lying, and even after I got one of them to admit they where calling from South Africa the lies continue. Constant threats of court action and balifs knocking on my door trying to scare people into paying what they can't afford just so the debt can be paid off within their company time lines. It maybe a company policy but it isn't British law. Liars and bullies everyone of them.

Got my claim. TMS took half. I set up a payment plan. Thought it was too good to be true. I have paid two months installment, last payment is next month as agreed. Will be glad when it's done. I get constantly hounded from someone who identifies as GEOFF, threatening emails, about money owed, although I don't, and what they will do, by adding charges etc...Fine, go ahead, I'll take my case to Omnibus, or Watchdog, I pay through bank, I have my statements as proof of payment. TMS do not check records. TMS have no numbers that are useable. TMS do not respond to emails. DO not use the. Terrible customer service. They just want your money. Don't be fooled by companies like these. If you have to use TMS, do so with discretion, & pay them via your Bank, so you have proof of payment, as clearly they do not have a clue, about checking or updating records. Will be advising people NOT to use.

Spoke to Craig on the phone and he was very helpful! I was a bit annoyed at the start which wasn’t his fault but with how helpful he was, I calmed down a lot and I actually got the help I needed. He took my query seriously and was very friendly. So thank you very much
