Bad experience
I receive a text and email today from you regarding a outstanding debt. I went onto your portal to setup a payment plan it was not working properly. So I called in as I want this matter resolved ASAP on the portal I could pick when I wanted it to start. But the person I spoke to said it had to start this month even though I told him this is the first time I am hearing about this .I explained to him that as soon as I received the text and email I responded straight away. I felt bullied to setup a plan from this month I just wanted to get the person off my phone as I could feel myself becoming upset. This is no way to deal with people as you don't know what the individual is going through.
