The lady I spoke with Ranell was so…
The lady I spoke with Ranell was so understanding, compassionate and really was there to help with this matter. I was so worried about calling but I couldn't have had a more lovely lady on the other line.
TM Legal is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

I spoke today with Keo from TM Legal services and i feel compelled to say what a professional and well mannered man he is . He went out of his way to help me with the difficulties i am facing and he is a asset to TM Legal services. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keo to anyone experiencing similar difficulties.

Over the years they have never pressured me, always understanding of my circumstances even to the point the agent Connor has helped me by writing off the remaining debt due to my poor health and current situation

Where to begin. Back in 2020, while the entire country was unable to work, and I was making payments I couldn't afford, in order to keep these leeches off my back (with their multiple phone calls, emails and texts daily) I missed a payment. I'd changed my card, and hadn't updated it with them. My bad. I updated it, and like a numpty, missed the next payment. Then came the calls. The texts. The emails. I went to update it AGAIN. the system wasn't working. Now, ladies and gents, who knows what happens when someone with ADHD and Autism closes a tab? They forget. It vanishes from existence. Lo and behold, the calls stop, the emails stop, the texts stop. I forget, and carry on staying at home, bored of lockdown. Then, boom. CCJ, and double the debt amount. No warning, no nothing. 2 missed payments and they ruin my credit history, that I've worked damn hard to build. So I call them up, and say I can afford £5 a month. They try and wheedle more. I refuse. Lockdown ends, and I return to work. Anxious to get this gone, I up it to £50. That's £45 a month more than I can afford, but hey, I can afford to lose some weight. Then I get another letter. They're going ahead with the CCJ. WHY?! I've been paying. But okay, fine. I go to Stepchange. They're brilliant, and help me set up a DMP, and get me some breathing space. I can't cover these clowns with the DMP, because they slapped me with a CCJ. Okay, fine. The day my Breathing Space ends, hell, 9AM THE DAY IT ENDS... Here comes the phone call. "Can you clear the balance?" No. No I can't. I'm on a DMP. "Umm, I can't see that on your account. How much do you pay then then?" That's irrelevant, and none of your business. I'll set up a DD when I've got my budget sorted at the end of the month (which was 4 days away!)... "You need to do it now, otherwise we'll enact the CCJ." And this is where I lose it. The poor fella on the phone gets both barrels, and warns me that he'll have to end the call if I keep using abusive language. So I tell him where to go. He hangs up. This week, on Monday, I set up a DD. Since then, they have called me DAILY, asking me to set up a DD. I've just stayed calm enough to speak to a bloke name Avi, who asked me why I've dropped from £25 a month to £10. Because mate, I haven't got 2 pennies to rub together. Not only do I not have a pot to p**s in, I don't have the money for a drink to make the p**s! You're lucky you're getting the tenner, when you've chased me relentlessly, destroyed my credit rating, made me homeless (my previous landlord ended my tenancy for breaking contract, because my credit check for renewal failed)! And have pushed me to breaking point more than once. And here's the kicker! I can guarantee word for word, their response to this review: "Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review, we are sorry to read of your experience. We would like to be able to look at this further and provide a response, can you please send me your name and reference number to *insert email address here*. We value all feedback and promise to use it to help us improve what we do moving forward." Go ahead TM Legal, prove me wrong!
