I felt I was very comfortable with the phone call, and Kat was very understanding and spoke to me on a personal level to what I appreciated very much. She polite and very understanding of my situation. After the phone call i felt a weight of my shoulders and happy with my service as some debt collectors can be pushy but Kat was very comforting and understanding. I wish everyone could take a leaf out of Kats book and the approach she has. Thank you. Isaac and Duke.

Worrying Letters
I’ve had a payment plan in place for some time now and I pay this via direct debit. Unfortunately this month I made the error of forgetting to put the money into my other bank account where the direct debit is taken from, so the payment plan was automatically cancelled by TM Legal, rather than a second attempt to take the money again a few days later. I have received quite a threatening letter stating that if they don’t hear from me by a certain date they are instructed to enforce a county court bailiff visiting my address. Talk about scare tactics! I have re set up the direct debit and have had no email confirmation of this, so I’ve got no idea if it’s been set up properly and will be worrying until I get confirmation, especially after the frightening letter received.
