Danielle was proper sound. Sometimes debt collection agencies can be really pushy and interrogating. We setup a plan that I could afford. I’ve been getting lots of calls from TM legals outsourced centre in South Africa. I hadn’t heard of TM legal but the debt has recently been passed onto them. So I was a little bit dubious with being called from a Blackpool number with them being off shore asking to discuss a ‘personal matter’ it made this process sound really suspicious. She explained how they had obtained my work number and lots more. Give this gal a raise she’s decent at her job! 💪
