I have received many letters / Emails…
I have received many letters / Emails from this company saying I owe them money. I have repeatedly told them it is not my debt. When I asked them for proof of debt, yes, they sent my a contract with my name on and that was it. all the other details on the original contract was incorrect. even the time stamp on the signed contract I was asleep at the time (fitbit evidence) They have refused to look into this and kept demanding the money. TM Legal have applied for a CCJ. I have defended this claim, as soon as I defended it I was offered an 80% discount. Now that would be admitting liability. Still awaiting for the court date where I can present the court the documents which Perch and TM legal have ignored

Not what I expected…
Sam/Samuel was very empathetic and understanding of my situation. Tailored the call to make me feel comfortable and I didn't feel judged. Although calling on a sensitive matter he made sure I understood my options and assured me at every step they did not want to escalate the matter further. We came to an agreement and I felt I was in control of the outcome. Exemplary customer service. I wish him, his partner and their little one the very best.
