Forced to pay without proof of dept
Was told this was for a dept I had no idea about. When I asked for the paperwork and dates. Was told that because it had gone through court that they are "just the recovery agent" was told I could seek legal advice or pay. Either way I have to pay money I don't have for a dept that would be 10 years old.
