very poor service

very poor service, lots pf pressure even to the point of harresment, for example, email ,txt massage, hone call, and letter for 3 days in a row,, and where my receint for my £50 paid monthly,,, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY should not be tradding.

It’s disappointing to see a complete disregard for the customer’s personal situation. It seems all that matters is the money, not the person behind the payments. As a customer, I reached out for help because I’m clearly struggling, but there’s not much I can do if support isn’t available when it’s truly needed. My conversation was with Kieran.
