Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

Harrasing company... Even ringing my parents lol

Wow... This company chasing me for a debt of £810.00 .. Hell knows how they got my fathers mobile telephone number but even been ringing him last few days constantly harrasing an OAP.. How low can a company go for a debt they have brought from another company... I can garuntee you all these good reveiws are from freinds and family of employees of this company after a bonus... Love a name drop. ;-) Just don't reply to them and do not acknowledge you know anything about it if they do get hold of you. They don't have legs to stand on as legally you don't owe them the money.

I received a call recently from Corrine…

I received a call recently from Corrine reminding me about a debt that was not fully paid and she helped me set up a direct debit to pay off the remaining balance. Ive received calls in the past from TM Legal where the representative was rude and abrupt. Corrine was very helpful and understanding. Thank you again Corrnie

I suffer really badly with panic…

I suffer really badly with panic attacks and anxiety and the call handler Bianca was so patient and I felt at ease as she didn't make me feel like I was a problem because I had a debt. I wish I had sorted it sooner so I wasn't worried as much as I had been before making the call
