I spoke to a young man called aiden
I spoke to a young man called aiden, he made the call very stress free and easy to process. As someone who struggles with their mental health, he showed compassion and empathy which made it a lot less nerve wracking… it was genuinely one of the easiest phone calls I have had with a company before. Having previously had issues with TM Legal staff, Aiden is an absolute asset to the company and deserves recognition for that

Quick, simple, and pain free.
I spoke to a man called Billy who made my experience a very straightforward simple process. I assumed I would be on hold for hours and then would have to spend just as long speaking to bunch of people. Instead I spoke to one person who was able fix my issue.

I am shocked to see green reviews on here, I have tried contacting this company via email only due to my family circumstances to request a SARS with no response but they have manged to get a ccj and interim charging order on a debt I know nothing about when contacting the courts apparently it is nothing to do with them as it's the company that clarify the information, WHAT INFORMATION! they can not even provide myself with any.

Trying to set up payment arrangement but staff can barely speak english can you get someone to call me after 5pm not during working hours everyday of the week and from staff who cant even speak english. Can contact me on 07474337154 and can make payment arrangement again becUse you keep f+cking up the direct debit and not taking the money gt someone to call me who speaks english. Got a charging order on a property i dont even own anymore wa sold in 2022 they put charging order on wring property completly incompetent company.

T M Legal and ACI Debt Management have started ringing me off and on last few weeks . No letters or emails etc regarding any outstanding debt etc just phone calls. i did answer once gave them my details and i wasnt the person they were after. Just harassing people for no reason what so ever!!!!!
