Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

Only 1 thing prevents me from giving a 5 star rating when it came to today’s interaction is the amount of time it took to get through. The repeat information over and over again on the recorded message as your waiting is extremely annoying. HOWEVER on a positive note The agent I dealt with today (Unfortunately I didn’t jot down his name) was extremely polite and courteous making the interaction surprisingly pleasant and stress free. After reading a few reviews I did go into the conversation a little guarded however I soon realised this agent treats you as a fellow human and not just a number! He is a credit to your company! I’m just gutted I can’t give a named review.
