I spoke to Declan this morning. He was so helpful and made everything feel less stressful than I thought it would be . After wards it felt such a relief to have spoken to him , as I was so afraid not knowing how to go about the problem and how to solve it . Fair play even though he knew I had to go to the hospital, he was kind and considerate, and we actually came up with a plan , before I had to leave . Just a big thankyou for your help

I didn’t feel judged which really helped me to face my debt and allowed me to take control of my debt. I found the person friendly and very helpful. They even offered advice which I really appreciated. I have now set up a payment plan as I want to pay my debt off. I would highly recommend using this service!
