The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.
Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.

Just had a fantastic week in Sorrento/Amalfi coast. The trips to Sorrento, Pompeii, Positano, Amalfi and Capri were wonderful! Also did additional trips on the land train and to Herculaneum which were also great. Hotel (grand hermitage) was lovely and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our tour manager Michele was second to none.
The holiday was excellent.We shared some amazing experiences with a great group. The organisation of the tour was key to our enjoyment. The Tour Manager, Steve Pritchard, was very organised, producing detailed information so we knew what was happening each day. He managed every aspect of the holiday and did it with a smile and enthusiasm. Our only criticism of the holiday was with the admin prior to departure. Titan provide excellent holidays but their admin (responses to emails and phone calls) is poor. More staff and swift communication with customers is needed. If this improves they would get five stars!
Deluxe Alaskan voyage and Rocky Mountaineer: we have just completed the last day of our tour which has packed a lot into the 17days in Canada. Excellent tour manager, John, had a huge amount of experience and knowledge of the areas we visited which enhanced our holiday experience. Our only criticism was that breakfast was not always included and many activities cost extra. On the whole, though, we felt the tour was well organised and that we now know a lot more about North West Canada, Alaska, its history, wildlife and culture.
Our recent Titan holiday in Croatia (Adriatic Coastal Explorer) was amazing. It certainly met and exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed one of our best holidays ever. The organisation of the holiday was superb and special thanks goes to the captain and crew of the MV Amorena for their attention to detail. The ship was immaculate, the accommodation was comfortable, and the food was excellent. Our Tour Manager Bobby deserves an extra special mention as he really made the holiday memorable. His enthusiasm and local knowledge were outstanding, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that all the guests not only enjoyed every moment of the cruise but also had an insight into the history of Croatia and Croatian culture. The places we visited, the local guides and the scenery were outstanding and from start to finish Bobby was totally committed to making sure the cruise was memorable.
The Douro Valley I've just returned from this trip and enjoyed my week away. The local guide, Maria, on the walking tour of Porto was so interesting and very friendly. It was quite a long walk on uneven pathways with steps and some people found it difficult. The Quinta Avenida and gardens were lovely but I'm not sure why the Lamego Musuem was included ? The train ride had wonderful views of the Douro Valley. I'd encourage people to do the optional day trip to Mateus Palace, more time there would have have been lovely, and the Quinta De Pacheca in the afternoon were highlights for me. The hotels were mixed, all very clean with friendly staff. The Cidnay Santa Tirso was my favourite, stylish with very helpful staff and another day there would have been lovely. The Placido Hotel Douro Tabuaco had a lovely outside terrace and inside seating areas which were sadly lacking at the Palace Hotel & Spa Asturias where we spent 3 nights. The breakfasts all had a good choice but I wasn't impressed with only a choice of 2 main courses in the evenings. Not having been with Titan before I didn't realise the choice was so limited at night. The guide Veronika and driver Marco worked well together to get us all to all the tours which wasn't always easy for them, so a big thank you to them.
Have just returned from wildlife Borneo trip with titanic. Everything has been amazing. Every place we stayed in was amazing. The places the hotel. The ppl were met. We very very fortunate to have wonderful Ppl in our group which helped make the holiday more enjoyable. We have seen and done so many things. Would like to say a massive thsnkyou to our tour manager Andrea and tour guide nick. Who have been fantastic the whole trip and mad us memories that will last a lifetime. Also thanks to the titan taxi drivers who collected us and took us to the airport and collected us back. Would recommend titan

Having recently returned from a very successful Titan Solo trip 'The Jewels of Spain' in which I have to highlight our guide Karen who went the extra mile to ensure everything and everyone went smoothly and was entertained. The itinerary the pace and the weather was just perfect. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
