The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.
Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.

I have just returned from an unforgettable trip to Canada and Alaska with Titan/ Saga. The tour manager, Darren Wheatley was excellent, always there to help or advise. Although I am not a lover of cruising I have no complaints about that part of the tour. The sights I have seen will remain with me for ever
My experience to the deep south southern sounds tour was good, what made this tour great the tour director David Lewis. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not see much sun as it rained most of the time, this did effect our holiday. The highlights were Graceland and New Orleans, Nashville would had a better time if we had more time to explore. The Grand Ole Oprey was amazing and lived up to expectation. Memphis was a huge disappointment. Chattanoga was really nice especially the whisky tour. Overall the money we spent i.e upgrades seats in premium economy was a shambles. Overall I would highly recommend this tour
We went on the Rockies and Alaska Grand Discovery Tour and with great expectations. These were exceeded by the amazing, often included in the package, excursions and sights we were able to see. The nine day coach tour was expertly undertaken by our Tour Guide, Darren Wheatley, who was knowledgeable, gave clear and concise directions each day, professional and good humoured throughout. Darren is a credit to Titan Travel. Whilst we are not fans of cruises it was worth the experience to see the spectacular sight of Glacier Bay National Park. Been back just over a week from the Southern Sights and Sounds tour. Had a fabulous trip once again with the fantastic Jay. There was nothing that Norris (our driver) or Jay wouldn't do for us. They were always on hand and made sure that everyone was happy and had everything they needed. The places they took us were amazing and a lot was learned. We choose this trip because of Jay. We had gone on Route 66 last September with him and he was the same then. I highly recommend travelling with Titan.
I Recently returned from a 15 day holiday in the Canadian Rockies.( June 2025). Our tour manager Alex Cussins was absolutely superb. Nothing was too much for him and was available to us 24 hours a day.i can honestly say that he made the whole holiday a wonderful experience for us, making sure we saw all the interesting sites and giving us so much information about everything we saw. He and our coach driver made for a fantastic combination. It was also great to be picked up from our house and taken home again, especially after a long flight. Something we appreciated very much. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Titan holidays again.
So once again I've been on a Titan tour. This time Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Great family run hotel, super excursions and great drivers on the buses/ minibuses for tours. Local guides were good and everything went smoothly. Tour guide Nahama was absolutely amazing. She is fantastic fun, she cared for all the group, particularly ensuring single travellers were included and happy. A great holiday with time to relax and enjoy the town and the hotel facilities.
Recently went with Titan to Croatia North &South 14 days. The holiday cost £2900 single and only 4 included excursions 3 walks in that. Therefore the options were full day £110 Dubrovnik and half day £85 very expensive. When we spent 7 day on the island of Brac we therefore did not have any excursions due to the total ridiculous price of the trips and limited things to do. The Brac hotel was not a 4 star only 3 just!! Also our group size was 49 combined Saga and Titan far too large. A disappointing holiday given the price beware of the extra also all inclusive is a joke nasty wine and limited beer. Would not recommend this experience!! I have used
Was about to booked Kenya holiday online when promo code for 15% discount didnt take, said was on holidays up yo January 2026!! Called Titan, but agent said that office closed now, she would contact them, call me back Monday she would asked them. No call back came. I went to re do the booking, regardless, I as so eager as should have done this tour in May but had to cancel due to having a passmaker fitted, now fit to fly, and insurance bought (bloody expensive) i wanted to book, even though cost was much higher, was to be £10k now was much more. 15% off would have helped. Picked lowest price i could but by time I waited titan agent to ring back and she didn't cost gone up again by £500 . This 10k trip, is now £14k ? But life is short, and as my health is not brill re my breathing, I have booked it and used my savings, as its a one off. I'm 69 in Jan so insurance for travel will get higher yearly now. DIDN'T help, loosing the 15% off and then going up £500 to then have the person I called today, who i complained to, as price had risen whiksy i waied them, said to me (wait for it) NO NEED TO CRY OVER SPILT MILK ? I was ucking fumming and disgusted. Thanks for the help? Put the phone down.
Canadian Rockies and Alaska Discovery. Overall this was a wonderful trip which met with our expectations. We really appreciated the door to door service - our drivers were punctual and it took away much of the stress! We partciculary would like to mention our tour guide Darren Wheatley as he was faultless in his kind and caring manner to everyone of us- nothing was to much trouble for him. He also proved to be very knowledgeable about the places we visited and kept us entertained with interesting facts and also some fun stories and jokes along the way. All our hotels were of good quality and well placed for exploring locally. Of course it goes without saying that that scenery and wildlife we experienced were the stars of the show. In my opinion one extra night on route from Jasper to Vancouver would have made a difference as the distances covered meant a fairly long time onboard the coach.
Recently returned from the Southern Sights and Sounds trip to the American South. Everything was WOW from initial booking to stepping off the coach to come home. Our tour guide Debbie was with us from leaving the UK and in my opinion she was fantastic. Her knowledge, dedication and good humour shone through. Our truly amazing driver Julie was the most professional and courteous driver it has ever been my pleasure to travel with. Hotels varied from spectacular (Gaylord Opryland) to the odd one that was, let’s say selected more for location than quality, however all were comfortable and perfectly adequate. The itinerary was amazing, highlights being Nashville and the Grand Ole’ Opry, Graceland and New Orleans but with many unexpected bonuses like Montgomery where we were given an eye opening tour highlighting the Civil Rights Movement history by a lady who had actually lived through the segregation era. The only slight downsides were the quality of breakfasts in some hotels and the return BA flight from Atlanta, both of which were outside of the control of Titan. In conclusion a fabulous trip with a coach of smashing people led ably by the fabulous Debbie and Julie 👍👍
