The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.
Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.

We have just done 3 titan tours that we booked in our homeland of Perth Western Australia and we got a fabulous deal as they are new to Oz What an awesome time we had with a great crew on all 3 tours! We toured with titan in Amalfi. Tuscany and northern lakes just wonderful! A special mention to tour leader extraordinaire NAHAMA ABIDAT who went above n beyond on our Tuscany tour and someone we now consider a special friend. Thank you Titan we had a ball and would recommend your tours to our family n friends
Very full tour, well organised. Saul looked after us superbly and Peru is gorgeous. Most of the hotels were good, we always knew what was happening. Mach Pichu, the train to Cusco, Lake Titicaca, the spectacular show, were the highlights.
The trip was good from the start A few issues with plane tickets but this was Latham airline fault not Titans. The tour guide Soul was great but the local tour guides just wouldn’t stop talking. Peru is great the views and people were above expectations
The best was our tour guide Jay and bus driver Norris, they pulled out all the stops to make our holiday an amazing experience for the full 14days. nothing was too much trouble, any problems that occurred were dealt with promptly and efficiently and quickly. they were very informative explaining daily what we were doing and where we were going. all hotels were sorted for us and no hassle . we couldn't thank them enough would definitely do it again.
Our trip to Kenya and Tanzania was made really special by our amazing guide, Fred and each driver, particularly Edward, who was lovely. Fred’s organisation and attention to detail was not only superb, but greatly appreciated.
From start to finish of our booking experience with Shanielle she was most professional and informative culminating us having another Titan holiday to look forward to following our fantastic Japan visit earlier in the year. Thank you.
Booked Indias Golden Triangle tour over the phone with a gentleman named Chandan. What a very kind knowledgable and patient man. We have just returned from the Southern Sights and Sounds tour and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we were picked up at home and taken to Heathrow Airport, to our return two weeks later, everything was so well organised. It was a very busy itinerary visiting 6 different States and staying at 7 different hotels but our time was packed with interesting visits, tours and music of course! Nashvillle and its music was probably our favourite but there were so many highlights, it is difficult to choose. Graceland, the Grand Ole Opry, dinner on a paddle steamer on the Mississippi and a swamp visit spotting alligators were other special days. We learnt so much about the Civil Rights Movement and our tour included many fascinating visits and guided talks. There was so much variety! The hotels were all of a good standard and included some breakfasts while giving us the freedom to find different places for dinner. Although we covered many miles (over 3,000), the travelling was all very comfortable and Norris our driver was amazing keeping us all safe and always smiling and handing out water too! This wonderful organisation would not have been possible without our excellent guide Jay Schmidt who made sure we had plenty of stops along the way and handed out our keys when we arrived at every hotel which made checking in so easy! There were 47 of us on our tour which we thought was probably too many and must have been a challenge for Jay but he looked after everyone so well and made everything run so smoothly. This was our first Titan Tour and we were very impressed!

VISA ISSUES: This is a strange one, but I've not been on holiday with them yet, but will be going to Canada later in the year so will review then. All I wanted to say is be careful when going on the Titan website. If your going anywhere that needs a Visa like Canada, Titan have a link on their website to CITBvisas, but they charge an absolute fortune for a Visa to Canada £104 for two people. But you can get a Visa from the Canadian government website for £7.60. So DO NOT follow the link on the Titan website for Visas, go directly to the Canadian government website and save yourself some money. Titan should be ashamed for carrying the link on their systems. People pay enough for their holidays without being exploited by 3rd party organisations.
