False rental arrears
My housemates and I were accused of owing more rent than we did, and spent 6 weeks chasing Thornley Groves up in order to correct their mistake. I'm told they've been dealing many properties but do not seem have enough staff to deal with these issues.

A complete service failure
Used this company over many years , what a mess at the moment though .check out the Tennant , failed to get correct / complete meter reads , failed to forward invoices from SSE , so far I’m £320 out of pocket.Have tried to resolve ,phone calls not returned, a total failing at every level ! Looks to me from the ads on social media that they just don’t have enough staff to provide service . Proceed with caution !

Excellent agents. The team at Thornley Groves have been very helpful, approachable and knowledgeable throughout the entire lettings process. Communication is the key, and the team here have definitely fulfilled that as they kept me up to date with progression of my letting.
