Current Tennant called all day- no answer
Myself and my partner have been trying to contact our property manager to discuss ending out tenancy as we are purchasing a property at the beginning of next month. I've called every number under the sun and the property managers are impossible to get hold of, straight to voicemail and must have called 20 times between 11-4 today. I've tried other numbers a couple of people who answered from different offices gave me the numbers of other people who can help or have said they will contact my property manager, but it appears even an email from head office doesn't get a response from our property manager. It is now half 4 on the 31st of the month and we will end paying rent for 2 months when we don't need to. Thorley grove shouldn't have absorbed our previous letting agency if they can't deal with the Tennant's that are already there.
