Excellent estate agent!
Excellent estate agent! We recently purchased a property in Monton and Thornley Groves were fantastic throughout the process. Special thanks goes to Clare Carpenter. It was quite a difficult purchase with a few hiccups but Clare was fantastic, always on hand to assist us and get in touch with the vendor and their solicitors when needed. I will definitely use them if selling or renting a property in the area.

I have nothing but high praise for the Thornley Grove agents in Fallowfield. I have used them for approx 13 years (pre. Merger with Homes4U). I have dealt with Vicky, Emily & Jess for numerous years and they are an incredible close knit team that take great pride in matching tenants and landlords. Most of my dealings have been with Vicky Kelly who has a vast wealth of knowledge in an ever changing field of rental compliance. Her patience levels are second to none and she always responds swiftly & efficiently to any queries. Simply put she’s lovely to deal with, professional, gets the job done and is always upbeat. It’s really refreshing to find agents who are on the ball and forward thinking. I cannot recommend Vicky, Emily & Jess highly enough. They make my job as a landlord so much simpler, holding my hand from the annual advertising stage through to renting.
