Constantly Dismissive and Rude
I found Lucy Clegg's manner to be rude and unhelpful. it felt like she had little respect for tenants and was unwilling to address concerns properly.

I have renamed them Thornley Grabs
I have renamed them Thornley Grabs. Since they took over Julian Wadden Lettings it’s been a shambles and all they care about is the income. If I want to exit they quote t&cs yet it took the council to tell me about a serious H&S issue that they ignored. They offered compensation from the contractor who surprisingly said No. Even the MD abdicated! AVOID DO NOT USE

I had the pleasure of working with Stuart Daniels during the purchase of my flat, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Stuart was incredibly thorough, always on top of timelines and communication, and such a great mediator between myself and the seller, he made what could’ve been a stressful process feel seamless. I’ve just come back from viewing a house with Kelly McDermott and had to give feedback on the overall experience. I’ve viewed quite a few homes recently and met a lot of different estate agents. Kelly made me feel at ease straight away. She was so personable and gave me really helpful advice on what I could do to the property.
