I ordered an air conditioning unit and received a shipping notification shortly after, which gave me confidence in the purchase. I had considered buying from larger, more reputable retailers, but the shipping notice reassured me it would be fine. Unfortunately, I never received tracking details despite the order being shipped, so I contacted customer support. Thatβs when I was told the item wasnβt actually in stock (they never once reached out to me proactively). By then, other stores had sold out. Lesson learned: next time, Iβll stick with the more reliable retailers. I wonβt be shopping here again.
