I ordered an air conditioning unit and received a shipping notification shortly after, which gave me confidence in the purchase. I had considered buying from larger, more reputable retailers, but the shipping notice reassured me it would be fine. Unfortunately, I never received tracking details despite the order being shipped, so I contacted customer support. That’s when I was told the item wasn’t actually in stock (they never once reached out to me proactively). By then, other stores had sold out. Lesson learned: next time, I’ll stick with the more reliable retailers. I won’t be shopping here again.

Very easy company to do business with, flooring came as ordered, they explained how it should be installed. Sent detailed instructions with the order too. 100% would use again, they even gave me a support call when I was a bit confused. All in all, 5 stars would recommend (and am doing!)
