Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Was initially told car was worth £5100, they said they would call to confirm, they called and said they would offer £4700, when queried on previous price they said that was just a screen price, so we accepted the £4700 offer and they said they would be out to collect car today (bank holiday Monday) confirmed to us on WhatsApp.we waited in all day, when it got to 4pm we messaged to ask what time they would arrive, they phoned and told us no one would be out today(messed up our bank holiday) they said they could come Wednesday and would offer £4400, told them we had already afya price of £4700, they said they were now only offering £4400, we told them we wouldn't accept that price as we already had a verbal agreement, they stuck to the lower offer, we told them we were not interested, all this delayed us by a week when we could have sold elsewhere, do not believe them when they make an offer, very unprofessional Company, do not stick to there verbal agreements

Following the death of my father in law I was left with his car to sell. I did a valuation check and then used the online phone number where I spoke to Paul Johnson. He helped me through the whole process which is more complicated when dealing with some one else's vehicle. He was always there if I needed extra help or advice. As promised the recovery company rang an hour before pick up and arrived promptly. Payment via phone was easy. From initial contact over the phone to agree a price to arranging collection an efficient smooth stress free process. It was just simply done and we didn't have to leave the house.The young gentleman who came to collect the car was courteous patient and explained fully how the system worked and was even happy to wait for us to pop to the bank to check the money had gone through.The money was in our bank immediately. Very disappointing. Wasted days sending in paperwork only to be given a much lower figure for our car. The reason - high mileage (which was given right at the beginning) and missing 2 service stamps - if that's such an impact, then ask the question upfront and don't waste people's time.
