Following the death of my father in law I was left with his car to sell. I did a valuation check and then used the online phone number where I spoke to Paul Johnson. He helped me through the whole process which is more complicated when dealing with some one else's vehicle. He was always there if I needed extra help or advice. As promised the recovery company rang an hour before pick up and arrived promptly. Payment via phone was easy.
