Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Very very poor Service , agreed on a price only to knock of £500 for a issue that didn’t exist on a vehicle, came down to £1500 , very clever sales/buying pitch and will say anything to buy your vehicle at a knock down price which is ludicrous and very misleading , Good job we didn’t sell to these because we got nearly £1300 more from a different company after they made the checks and the money £2800 is in our account already,(we’re delighted) Do your homework and be very careful dealing with these because all is not what it seems! We will not use ever in the future!

The called me twice a day, followed by emails both times. I decided to call them back and see what they were willing to offer me. The person I spoke to on the phone could not have been more rude. Asked me what I wanted for my car, to which I responded £13-14k. I was then told that market value for it was between £12-12.5k. I had already been offered £12,700 from the dealer as p/x. Then proceeded to talk to me like I know nothing, followed by him telling me he couldn't help me and he hung up on me. How you get such a high rating on here baffles me when this is how you treat any potential customer. Do not recommend.
