Rude is an understatement
The called me twice a day, followed by emails both times. I decided to call them back and see what they were willing to offer me. The person I spoke to on the phone could not have been more rude. Asked me what I wanted for my car, to which I responded £13-14k. I was then told that market value for it was between £12-12.5k. I had already been offered £12,700 from the dealer as p/x. Then proceeded to talk to me like I know nothing, followed by him telling me he couldn't help me and he hung up on me. How you get such a high rating on here baffles me when this is how you treat any potential customer. Do not recommend.
