Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didnβt get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Don't believe the price you see online. Even if you put 'no service history', when you get a valuation over the phone they'll knock off at least Β£100. They were a nightmare to arrange pickup with and really messed me and my mum about but they did buy the car, they did pay me Β£800 for it and they've taken it and not bothered me since. I do wish I'd sold to we buy any car as I'd have gotten way more.

So here's what the website promises. You put in your car details, get the valuation, click to proceed and a member of the team will contact you to arrange an onsite inspection at your home. If the vehicle is as described you will get the valuation transferred to your bank (usually within 15 minutes) and the team will take the car. Don't worry our teams have no targets to reduce the value offered. Sounds nice and simple and fuss free right? Almost too good to be true? Well yes that's because it is too good to be true. The reality is that once you click the proceed button someone eventually will contact you by phone. Not to arrange inspection and pickup but to ask you for photos and to tell them in your own words anything yes absolutely anything (however miniscule) that could possibly make an eleven year old car less than showroom condition. Why? Well so they can chip you clearly and reduce said valuation by 50% which they are not targeted to do allegedly and without seeing photos or promised inspection. I read the existing reviews here and while there are some truly terrible reviews (this one is about to be added to them) there were in fact a lot of 5 star reviews. So I like many other gullible potential customers of the service thought that surely they cannot be that bad. After all they guarantee not to try and chip your valuation if the car is as described at inspection (which doesn't happen). I then remembered just how cheaply fake reviews can be bought, silly me. I am not saying they are rogues and thieves however my opinion is definitely swaying in that direction. Save yourself the heartache. Do not ask them for a valuation. Definitely do not ask them to proceed after you get the back of a cigarette packet valuation they have no intention of honouring. Do not pass go and do not collect the aggravation this mob are peddling. I am not saying avoid them, I am saying delete, remove and block them from your potential list of buyers. then destroy the list just to be sure. Shame has found it's new home.

From start to finish, The Car Buying Group provided excellent service and communication, especially Sean Masters who walked me through it. I was moving country and wanted to drive my car to the airport hotel and sell it from there, so I needed to know everything would happen as promised. Sean asked all the right questions so the price agreed was the price given. They are a very professional company. I highly recommend. And I am super appreciative for their help in making my move less stressful.

Make big offers and chip it down and down for no reason tried offering me 2.5k under quote for pretty much no reason no easier than selling private they just waste your time don't bother worse than we buy any car these lot
