Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Mixed experience Good and helpful service with 1000 over dealership price. First chap for pick up was nice, flat battery on pick up with errors on car so price changed understandably. They sent someone for second pick up who was extremely rude with terrible language towards other clients and his employer. Error codes now cleared but price wouldn't increase back to original price due to second pick up. I wouldn't use the service again only down to who came to pick the car up the second time.

I was sceptical at first since I was offered a value based on a 5-10 minute phone conversation but the driver came out and spent 15 minutes looking around the car and sent his photos across to the office and another 5-10 minutes later my outstanding finance was paid off. Couldn't have been easier. Yes, you can get more for your car from a private sale but this way you don't have to deal with all the tyre kickers and people trying to knock your price down. Would definitely use the car buying group again.

I would fully reccomend this company. The price they offered was very fair and more importantly they stuck to the agreed price. Rich Colborn was excellent throughout. Kept his word and kept me updated. The pick up process was great to and money in my account instantly

I did not have a good experience with this company. Initially they seemed very good . I had contacted several other companies but decided to go for this company despite their offer being nowhere near the highest. In the first few days i was given a pick up date for the end of that week. I received a further email requesting documentation to prove i owned the vehicle which i provided the next day. A day before the collection i d had no contact or confirmation. I made calls to the company sometimes getting cut off. By this time i realised i had made a bad choice. Eventually, at 4 pm the day before the collection i was informed by a man that they couldn't accommodate this until the following week. Having made several plans, lifts, time off work etc, this was infuriating and i do not believe anyone would have told me had i not rang to check. The people i spoke with were friendly helpful and honest but the service i received was terrible and i would never use, or recommend this company. What a waste of time. I sold it to a local company in the end for 400 more, so their loss really ..

Spam emails with no sender, plus unsolicited phone calls. Not welcome, when you just enquire about selling your car on a website, then get hounded by this lot. Will not use out of point of principle
