Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didnβt get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

The Car buying Group made the selling process so easy. Their staff are so friendly and the process was so simple. Tried other buyers and their offers were far inferior to that of TCB group. Some made me feel that they were doing me a huge favour by taking it off my hands. The driver could not have been more helpful when collecting the car and insisted on waiting till the money had gone into my account (this was a bank holiday too, unlike WBAC who keep you waiting for four days. They make the selling process so simple and I would recommend anyone selling their car to put TCB group at the top of their list. I will certainly be using them again in future. Special thanks to Jack Hall who was in constant contact throughout the whole process.

Great experience. Very quick and efficient service. Fair price given for the car, collection process very simple and organised within 48hrs of agreeing the sale price. Paid the agreed price and money transferred within 15 minutes of completion of vehicle inspection. Having been let down by other providers I would definitely recommend if you want a quick sale at a fair price

Very easy. Contacted me early, sent them details and photos via their website, offer made straightaway. The offer was almost twice as much as another, national company. They turned up, examined the car, sent off more photos, no quibbles, and the payment was immediate. Very convenient when the car is SORN and insured for sitting on the drive: no need to take it on a recovery truck to a pick up location and get a reduced offerβ¦. Made the initial enquiry on the Tuesday, car gone on the Friday. Would recommend.
