Very efficient service. Expedient and attentive to my symptoms as described by the pictures. Much easier than sitting in a room for hours waiting for someone to service your needs. Great way to get service quickly.

I’m not saying the professional isn’t correct in diagnosis or treatment recommendations but to pay $54 for less than a 7 minute call with no prescriptions / no advice other than to let it take its course and see a doctor if it doesn’t improve in 2 weeks total seems like a waste of time / money. I usually give Teledoc 5 stars. This is the first time I wasn’t impressed and I wished I hadn’t called. $$$$

This company was fast to get to talk to a doc. Doc was patient, polite and listened and gave good feed back. Big shout out to Dr. Devolld.

Filled out a few quick details on the app and within 10 minutes I received a phone call. Sinus infection was the diagnosis with antibiotics prescribed. I was able to pick up my medication at my nearby pharmacy within the hour after the call.

I had had surgery earlier in the week, but I couldn’t get a hold of my regular provider on the weekend. I didn’t think I needed to go to the ER, but wanted to talk over my symptoms with someone. The Teladoc provider listened carefully to what I had to say and provided me with the information I needed. five stars.

I was out of state for the birth of my grand daughter and came down with a UTI. Teladoc was fast with a quick call from a doctor and the meds were called in to the pharmacy by my daughter’s house within the hour I was on my way to feeling better.

Doctor called on time at 7 AM on a Saturday morning. The medicine he prescribed so far has done its job with my diagnosis.

Needed some immediate medical advice as I was getting worse rapidly. Spoke to a board certified ER Dr within 5 minutes who told me to go to the local ER immediately. After 7 hours at the ER, finally got treated and released.
