I had had surgery earlier in the week, but I couldn’t get a hold of my regular provider on the weekend. I didn’t think I needed to go to the ER, but wanted to talk over my symptoms with someone. The Teladoc provider listened carefully to what I had to say and provided me with the information I needed. five stars.

Ordered a set the first time, came promptly, no issues. I liked them and decided to order a second set so I could put new ones on while washing the other set. Took over a month for them to arrive, and when they finally arrived, they'd sent the wrong thing. I ordered a chaise cover, 5 back covers and 2 seat covers. They sent 2 back covers and 5 seat covers, the opposite of what I'd ordered. I emailed them to find out what could be done, and to date, they haven't deigned to respond. They're good if you get what you want, but if you don't, I guess you're just stuck with whatever you get. Good luck to you.
