The physician was thorough in asking questions and met all our needs. He was efficient with time and asked appropriate questions. He showed empathy and addressed all concerns and even went through each medication individually and what it was for.

I had a very disappointing experience with a medical assistant during my recent Teledoc visit. She came across as dismissive and uninterested in what I had to say. I was trying to explain my symptoms by comparing them to migraines, but instead of listening, she questioned my other diagnosed medical conditions in a way that felt accusatory. It seemed like she didn’t believe me and treated the conversation as if I was wasting her time. I expected a more respectful and supportive interaction, especially when discussing health concerns.
I was vacationing and needed a refill on one of my medications. Calling ng Teladoc solved the problem quickly.
This is a seamless process and makes it convenient for sick people to get treatment from home. I truly appreciate the fact this is even available. The doctors are very knowledgeable, they listen and their treatment is always on point.
