AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
The worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was working with a solicitor from Taylor Rose who left midway thought the process with absolutely no communication. A week and a half later, after me reaching out a lot of times, I was told that I am now assigned to a new solicitor who did apologise for the mess but she is now completely not responding to my emails or provide any updates on the progress. Still running pillar to post to find a solution. Absolutely horrible experience and would never use them again

Joanne Mitchell and her wonderful administrator Amy and all the team could not have been more helpful. They went over and above to smooth the sale of my Dad’s apartment and were so kind and efficient and supportive of me. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed at each step. Smooth process with a remortgage I was arranging myself, easy to contact either the assigned case handler (Jodie) or any of the other team members. Very clear advice on how to proceed, and the portal is easy to use- even though it requires a text code to be sent for access. I guess that means its keeping your information securely!
