Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Had a legal issue blow up on a Friday afternoon. Having looked at other solicitors offering 30 mins free consultations for what initially would have been a simple yes/no question, no one was available because they had gone home early. I decided to go with Talbot's 1hr fixed fee consultation as advertised on their website for £150 +vat and rang to book it as I thought I might get an initial straight answer to my imeadiate question, then some help going forward. I was politely transferred to the relevant department only to be told bluntly that such a service did not exist. After having been told it was plainly advertised on the website, the gentleman told me it would be £300 plus vat. I put the phone down feeling even more demoralised.

I finalised the sale of my apartment with the help of Jaskiran who was very helpful and compassionate as during the process my husband sadly passed away. We recently used talbots law for the sale and purchase of properties. We dealt with Mandeep and Nick. Who were both absolutely fantastic throughout. They communicated with us thoroughly. Kept us updated with absolutely everything. Answered many questions we had including a lengthy call with Nick helping me with filling out a form. They responded to emails very quickly. In the beginning we were torn between which solicitor to go with, we were In fact recommended these by the estate agent we used to sell. Glad we did use them because everything went smoothly.
