Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Fantastic service and really nice people to work with. They advised on a house sale following the death of my brother. They were really helpful and worked efficiently and quickly. I chose them after looking at 3 firms recommended by the estate agent. I've previously had poor experience of the big conveyancing firms and learned it's best to use local firms like this. I would definitely use them again.
