I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!
Barinder was great help, she was efficient and dealt with my house sale and any issues within a good timeframe, she dealt with any blockers abruptly and also many thanks to Asim for his support.
I can't recommend Jazmine De'Wolfe and Millicent enough. Purchasing two new build properties and selling our main residence with a long and difficult chain, we received an excellent service. Jazmine proved to be proactive, professional and informative throughout the whole process.
This was the first time I’d moved in over 33 years and throughout the whole process Natasha and her team were a pleasure to communicate with. They answered my questions and relayed the answers back to me quickly either through email or phone calls and explained anything I didn’t understand in laymans terms. Talbot's Law, in particular Emily Saddler were exemplary. Emily was very efficient, she always responded in a timely manner to emails and phone calls and kept us updated every step of the way.
Our buyer and his solicitor dragged the process out to a ridiculous 21 weeks. Emily mediated between ourselves and the developer we were buying from to ensure they were always fully informed.

I have recently completed on a new build property and Emily Sadler and Lauren Siviter were brilliant throughout. They dealt with both the sale of my house (which fell through twice due to circumstances out of their control and ended up being a part exchange) and the purchase of the new property. They were brilliant throughout, keeping us updated, answering the phones and chasing issues through. They were also very patient whilst we awaited new buyers on our property. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have recently sold my house through part exchange and bought a new built from David Wilson Homes. I used Talbots law for the exchange.
Emily Sadler looked after the sale and Lauren Siviter dealt with purchase of new home.
The sale with part exchange was a rather difficult procedure due to leasehold property and I cannot appreciate enough the effort Emily has put in to make it happen before the deadline. She has responded emails and returned calls promptly and made the process easier.
I highly recommend Talbots law for their service in buying/selling houses.
Bought an SO property with Abigail as our conveyancer during this process, who was recommended to us by our developer.
Whilst I can commend how quickly everything was completed with minimal delay, unfortunately, we were given little to no advice or explanation towards anything that was happening during this process. This brought on a lot of anxiety and confusion during an already stressful process. We would ask for advice, we wouldn't receive it (particularly around our rights or asking for an undertaking). This was very disappointing.
To add further insult to injury, we were quoted £1500 and the quote acknowledged we were a leasehold property. Then we find on our completion statement an additional £250 was added as a 'leasehold charge' - we were never made aware or had it outlined in the quote. They removed this charge after we complained as a gesture of goodwill. So please be vigilant when reviewing completion statements and quotes. Ironically, communications from Abigail were minimal during this time and we were passed off to her assistant to pick up after her.
So would I recommend? If you want it done quick and cheap, sure (£1500 was a good price, and part of the reason why we went with Talbots). But if you want any explanations and advice then I would avoid and find someone else, which is why I am giving two stars. Hugely disappointing to have a solicitor who is meant to represent you and to have them just treat you as a number with little due care. Do better Talbots - you're dealing with peoples livelihoods and we matter.
Talbots Ltd did the legal work gor purchasing my new home. I received excellent service from them. If I have any queries they were able to explain it to me. They responded quickly to my emails and sometimes I directly called my solicitor for clarifications.
